Callie

My little Callie was writing some stuff yesterday in the car- mostly she'll write different letters and such but she decided she wanted to write words- she wrote "mom", "tree", "red" and "dog". I helped her start to sound them out and she wrote the letters. Yay for Callie! SHe's showing a major interest in the concept that letters make sounds and sounds make words! It won't be long before she's writing little sentences with the moveable alphabet at school.
